At Vakkerlight, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your lighting fixture, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided it is in its original condition and packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack the item in its original box with all protective padding, manuals, and hardware included to ensure it arrives safely back at our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
